SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Getting my minor in Social Media and Digital Strategies at college, has given me the tools that I needed to land a ton of opportunities to showcase my creative (and fun) campaign ideas.
Beach Road Weekend
Beach Road Weekend is a music festival held on Martha's Vineyard that the company I currently work for produces. Headliners for 2023 included Mumford and Sons, Leon Bridges, and Bon Iver.

My main job pre, during, and post island trip was to create and design social content to promote the festival. Through these posts, we saw an increase of 5,000 to 15,000+ followers from 2022 to 2023. Check out the instagram page here!
"Hands Off!"
The "Hands Off!" Compilation tape went live on October 19, 2020. This tape features all female led bands and all money raised went to Girls, Inc - a non profit that provides girls with self defense classes and a community of mentors. I got the opportunity to do all social media posts and create the aesthetic. The Instagram page gained 200 followers within the first day. The tape was featured in publishers like Pitchfork, RollingStone, BrooklynVegan, and more.
White Mystery
For White Mystery's 10 year anniversary, our team spearheaded a campaign of redesigning the album covers of specific live songs. I created 16 covers for the band's Bandcamp page and were posted on Instagram for promotion to an audience of 10,000 followers, all using Adobe Photoshop.
#ColumHired campaign
At the Columbia College Career Center, we launched the ColumHired campaign which broadcasted students whenever they landed a new job or internship. Students get posted onto the main Instagram page and on average get 1,000 impressions.
Glenwood Avenue Arts Festival
For two decades, The Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest (GAAF) has presented a free, weekend-long arts festival featuring 120+ artists, open studios, and live entertainment on two outdoor stages. The Fest brings free live music, performances and art demonstrations — along with street food and craft beer from local merchants in Chicago’s historic Rogers Park neighborhood.

In 2021, I had the pleasure of working with the festival and managing their social medias in order to reach more people after COVID had cancelled the event the year prior. My first job was to reach out to all of the performers and get their approved professional photos for the Glenwood Instagram page. These posts were so much fun to make! Tagging the artists and shouting them out made for a lot more interaction on the page prior to when I was managing it.
